Penn named new vice president of business services, overseeing food, beverage and housing.

Michael Scales was named vice president of Pennsylvania Business Services today, with his term scheduled to begin June 1.

Mr. Scales currently serves as Temple University’s vice president for business services and will succeed Marie Witt. Witt has worked at Penn since 1981 and plans to retire at the end of the school year.
