RUN Aotearoa co-founder and CEO Laura Sibirich has been elected to the NZ Marketing Association board after a busy schedule of judging Spikes Asia 2024 in Singapore.
The pair were announced as new members last week, along with Kiwibank’s Simon Hoffman, shortly before the New Zealand Marketing Awards announced its new naming sponsor, YouTube.
Mr Sibirich said: “My aspirations for this role are to help the MA become a catalyst for impactful change, particularly for underrepresented groups, and promote diversity within the industry. Simon and the rest of our amazing board. I look forward to working with our members and the MA community.”
John Miles, CEO of MA, said: “Laura and Simon both bring vast experience and breadth of knowledge, which will be a great asset to the MA Board.”
The Marketing Association has a membership base of more than 7,500 businesses and marketing professionals and leads professional development in Aotearoa through awards, events, conferences, and world-class resources and training.
