Sarah Jones, founder and CEO of Rayne, has been able to forge a very successful career for herself (though, of course, it’s had many twists and turns), but the entrepreneur shares how it all turned out. Jones said the plan for 2024 is to focus on building Rayne, realizing growth potential and creating opportunities for consultants and clients. “But my challenge is to achieve this while also achieving my secondary goal: maintaining a sensible work-life balance,” Jones added. “Actually, this is difficult because I have five young children (the oldest is 6 years old) and a very busy family life!
