His dedication to his craft, particularly his efforts to create thin-based Neapolitan-style pizzas from sourdough that he fermented for three days, quickly began to garner attention.

Adam’s reputation for providing quality pizza has led to lucrative opportunities to serve prestigious customers such as: Mercedes-Benz, Amazon, Harley-Davidsonand enterprise rental car. These high-profile gigs were a testament to his culinary skills and his ability to meet the demands of discerning customers.
Expansion and diversification
In a strategic move, Adam rented the kitchen at The Mason’s Pub in Crooks, Sheffield. This not only allowed us to significantly expand our business, but also allowed us to diversify our product offering. In addition to his signature pizza, he currently offers a variety of menu items including unlimited wings, challenge burgers, and street food. The company employs his four staff, including a chef, offers delivery services through Deliveroo and will soon join Just Eat.
Despite the demands of a rapidly growing business, Adam maintains a balanced approach to work and personal life. He sets aside Sundays for church and emphasizes the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance even in a busy business.
