In conversations centered around the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on businesses around the world, one aspect that most stakeholders agree on is AI’s ability to reduce mundane and repetitive tasks. However, while AI has permeated countless elements of the business ecosystem, the use of this technology within Arabic-speaking companies is still in a relatively early stage. It was in an effort to rectify this that Kareem Ayyad and his Emad Ayyad came up with the idea for Uktob, a generative AI startup that deploys AI-driven solutions to help businesses improve operational efficiency.

“Uktob provides cutting-edge, innovative solutions that enable enterprises to create and deploy AI agents that power key business functions such as sales and customer service,” Kareem explains. “For example, our AI agents significantly reduce median email response times from the standard 45 minutes to just 1 minute, reducing operational costs for our customers by over 80%. This improves cost efficiency. Not only that, but it also delivers superior performance.” It’s a win for the business team. But especially for his MENA region, our model is multilingual and better and better than other solutions in Arabic. ”

Among the AI agents Kareem alluded to is one named Faheem, an AI-powered personal assistant that provides a variety of productivity tools and services for daily tasks. Through Faheem, Uktob users can not only reduce their email time by 80% by automatically generating draft replies, but also receive personalized texts tailored to their writing style and tone. “Our approach combines superior AI infrastructure, including proprietary datasets and deep learning models, with a keen insight into Arabic and his MENA business ethos,” adds Kareem. “We believe that this unifying set of values is what makes us unique. We are the Purple Goat of the ordinary. And at the heart of our uniqueness is our commitment to the MENA region and our commitment to the Arabic language. Addressing a largely untapped market of speaking businesses and consumers,

But while Uktob oversees a wide range of business-related operational tasks, he also seems to pay close attention to the team-building process. “As such, Uktob.ai addresses the universal challenges that businesses face in acquiring, managing and scaling talent,” Kareem said. “Traditional processes for building and managing teams are resource-intensive and often become a bottleneck to growth. Our AI agents enable businesses to scale efficiently with minimal headcount. By looking at these persistent challenges across industries, we provide a solution to this problem. In fact, that’s the inspiration for Uktob. AI looks at these persistent challenges across industries and empowers each team member to do more with less. It was born out of recognizing the potential of AI to significantly improve outcomes.”

Founded in February 2023, Uktob has already onboarded over 350,000 users with $0 customer acquisition costs. Kareem emphasizes that the startup’s customer acquisition process is “purely organic.” “Operating as an enterprise software as a service (SaaS) model, our revenue is generated by providing customizable AI solutions that businesses can deploy and embed into their teams to enhance their operational capabilities.” he added. “This model allows us to adapt to diverse business needs and generate scalable revenue streams. We are currently expanding our team and continually enhancing our product offering. Having also raised a round, our company is well-positioned to expand our market presence, particularly in the MENA region. But we are backed by a deep understanding of the local market with a specialized model that performs well in Arabic.”

That vision is also firmly supported by the startup’s registration in the MBRIF accelerator program. “For us, the decision to apply for MBRIF was a no-brainer,” says Kareem. “By connecting us with customers, capital, mentors, and a trusted network of like-minded founders, MBRIF tailors our programs and support systems to each startup’s specific needs in a customized way. “So far, MBRIF is rare in that it’s rare in that it’s unique in that it’s unique in that it’s unique in that it’s unique in that it’s unique in that it’s unique in that it’s unique in that it’s unique in that it’s unique to our community.”The value we’ve gotten from the program has been incredible, and we’re excited and grateful to be a part of this great community.” Masu. ”

Now, Kareem and his team are moving quickly toward their future goals, and he says his startup’s vision is rooted not only in the technology it leverages, but also in the journey of the clients it works with. . “Innovation is at the heart of what we do at his Uktob, especially in the fast-paced field of AI where change is the only constant,” says Kareem. “Our team culture and operating strategy are deeply embedded in staying ahead of technology trends and executing quickly. Understanding and adapting to these rapid advances is part of our strategy. Not only is it there, it’s integral to our DNA. But we’re also a support partner for our enterprise customers, prioritizing their success and walking with them every step of the way. I believe this balance is what will lead Uktob.ai to future success in a dynamically evolving AI environment.”
