Macrotech Developers sets floor price for QIP at Rs 1129.5/share; issue opens today
Macrotech Developers Ltd has set the floor price for its proposed qualified institutional placement of shares at Rs 1,129.5 a share. The issue opens for subscription today. The company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price to the institutional buyers, it said in an exchange filing.

Crypto Price Today: Bitcoin trades above $63,000; Dogecoin, Shiba Inu jump up to 11%

“Bitcoin traded above the $63,000 mark over the weekend. The upswing in price is attributed to growing mainstream adoption of spot Bitcoin ETFs and approaching Bitcoin Halving event. While the GDP numbers are good it is important to understand that there is a statistical aberration in the numbers. The GVA in Q3 is only 6.5%. The big differential is due to the 32% spurt in indirect taxes. It is also important to remember that the consumption numbers are tepid. In brief, there is room for optimism but there is no case for unbridled bullishness. The SEBI advisory to mutual funds regarding the excessive valuations in the mid and small cap schemes is likely to restrain the performance of the broader market. The irrational exuberance in the broader segment has no fundamental justification.”

Adani Green Energy is planning to raise funds through U.S. dollar-denominated 18-year bonds, and has provided initial guidance of raising $409 million for a coupon of around 7.1250%, two bankers said on Monday. This will be the Adani group’s first dollar-denominated bond issue after a report by U.S. short-seller Hindenburg Research in January 2023 led to a sell-off in stocks and overseas-listed bonds of Adani group companies.
