These past few days have been important for the NBA, and have had a huge impact on how the NBA stock market check will be approached on Monday morning. Massive winning streaks are achieved, and no one has a winning streak of more than four. His embarrassing losing streak is gone, and his longest active record is now three consecutive losses. That’s because it’s a very serious accusation for someone to hint at that, and then double down on it in a post-game interview. And Gobert is kind of the wrong messenger.The main reason for that is that he has been on record complaining and whining about small market bias, and he has said that the league is fully in support of larger markets winning over smaller markets. Because that’s what I’m thinking.
But whoever the messenger is, Adam Silver and the league office must be furious that this was said out loud. The league is open to sports gambling. It’s everywhere in sports broadcasts, conversations, and league broadcasts. Silver’s next comments on this will be interesting.

- “Poor thing”: This was my favorite movie of last year, even though it’s not called “John Wick 4.” Emma Stone was a well-deserved winner for Best Actress, but Lily Gladstone had a very strong case.
- Starring John Cena: Although he played “pranks” by running around the stage, he only gave “Nude” the award for best costume. There was even a joke that wrestling in jorts was worse than naked.
- Mark Ruffalo was robbed! Congratulations to Robert Downey Jr. for winning the Best Supporting Actor award, but the Best Supporting Actor award went to Ruffalo for Poor Things.
- Jimmy Kimmel is a very solid host. I get that he’s not your thing, but he’s always nice for a little while.
- Shout out to your publicist! They had a big night after Da’Vine Joy Randolph won Best Supporting Actress for her amazing role in The Holdovers and gave a big shout out to her publicist.
And best of all, Nicolas Cage was in attendance for the Best Actor award presentation. He is still the king of all.
