AMSTERDAM, February 29, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Theta Capital, the world’s leading investor in blockchain venture capital funds, announces its fourth Theta investment to invest in core blockchain infrastructure at an early stage. We have launched a Blockchain Ventures vehicle.
Theta Blockchain Ventures IV is a continuation of Theta’s fund of funds program that invests in crypto-native VCs. The company has deployed over $650 million to date and has backed many leading companies and protocols from their early stages through an extensive network of specialized VC firms. Theta has gained exposure to over 80% of major crypto projects from their early stages through a series of blockchain venture funds.

The Fund’s first closing will occur on April 1, 2024. Theta is targeting total commitments of $200 million, with monthly closings thereafter, with the final closing expected on July 1, 2024.
