But thanks to her parents, who were successful entrepreneurs themselves, the entrepreneurial spirit inspired her, and together with her college friend and trusted partner Rajalakshmi, she started a boutique recruitment agency based in Bangalore. We have launched HireInfinity Consulting LLP.

“Inspired by a shared vision to breathe life into careers stalled by circumstance and societal expectations, and driven by a desire to create meaningful impact, we founded Hylernfinity Consulting in 2019. We aim to break away from the corporate world,” says Suchetha Haldipur, CEO and Co-Founder, HireInfinity Consulting LLP. “I empathize with women who aspire to define their own careers despite facing myriad challenges in the corporate world and in their personal lives,” she says. The duo also plans to focus on customized learning and development and wellness programs. Having been exposed to an entrepreneurial environment from an early age, Suchesa was ultimately drawn to the lure of entrepreneurship and decided to carve out an independent career path with many possibilities and prospects. Her startup, HireInfinity Consulting, currently serves clients in the Edutech, Fintech, Information Technology, and Legal Services sectors. “Based on our understanding of the industry and our clients, we aim to hire candidates who are not only suitable for the role, but who can also add value to the organization, thereby increasing its capabilities and driving growth. “We are focused on talent identification. We select the right candidates for our clients from a holistic perspective that reflects our commitment to the personal aspects of talent development,” she says. I added.

Are there any obstacles while building HireInfinity? Launching an overseas venture turned out to be the toughest job she had ever done, she recalls. In 2023, the startup started operations in Germany. “When we were working on establishing our presence in Germany, we faced a lot of resistance from banks in opening a corporate account, which is mandatory to complete the company formation process in Germany.We approached more than a dozen banks. Despite this, we did not open a single bank.” We tried to come up with a solution that would help us meet the mandatory requirements and run our business entity, but our entire growth plan is about how to complete this process. It was a very difficult time because it all depended on whether we could find something. ” But that didn’t deter Sucheta and her team.

Next, it aims to launch operations in Dubai in mid-2024. “Over the next three years, the company’s revenue goal is to reach 40 million yen per year, while achieving an employee value of approximately 400 million yen.”
