TSCRA Disaster Relief Fund now open for applications for cattle farmers affected by wildfires

FORT WORTH, Texas (March 6, 2024) – The Texas and Southwest Cattlemen’s Association (TSCRA) today announced that cattle ranchers affected by wildfires in the Texas Panhandle and western Oklahoma will receive financial assistance through the TSCRA Disaster Relief Fund. announced that they can apply for assistance.

Ranchers and landowners in disaster-declared counties affected by recent wildfires are eligible to apply during the open application period. Applicants do not need to be members of the Texas and Southwest Livestock Association to receive assistance.
To apply for funding, individuals must submit an online application detailing any loss or damage caused by the fire. Applicants must attach documentation including insurance policies and claims, inventory records, photographs, and other reports.
