From February 1, 2024, a sustainability assessment of business entities will be introduced that provides identification and additional incentives for entrepreneurs who operate in accordance with legal requirements.
As part of the evaluation, entrepreneurs are divided into the following categories:
• AAA, AA, and A categories – high stability ratings.
• VVV, VV, and V categories – Moderate stability rating.
• SSS, SS, and S categories – Satisfactory stability rating.
• Category D has a lower stability rating.
This rating is created automatically (online) on the electronic platform “Entrepreneur Stability Rating” through interdepartmental information exchange and published on the official website of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Entrepreneurs with a high sustainability rating are recommended for state awards and the badge of “Active Entrepreneur”, which is awarded every year on the eve of Entrepreneurship Day on August 20th.
