Voya Global Equity Dividend and Premium Opportunity Fund
Distribution Notification – We are providing shareholders of the Voya Global Equity Dividend and Premium Opportunity Fund (the “Fund”) with an estimate of the Fund’s monthly distribution sources as required by current securities laws. This notice is for informational purposes only. No action is required on your part. These estimates can and will change over time based on the Fund’s investment activity and changes in the value of its portfolio investments. Final determination of the source and tax nature of all distributions will be made after December 31, 2024 and reported on Form 1099-DIV in early 2025.
The Fund estimates that the distribution payable on March 15, 2024 will consist of approximately 8% of net investment income and 92% of return on capital.
