Lewis Sutherland, a retired U.S. Army Major with more than 37 years of experience in the defense communications industry, has joined Reticulate as Senior Director of Business Development. At Reticulate Micro, we serve as a leader in defensive tactical communications, redefining connectivity resiliency through quantum-secured open platform video compression management.

Prior to working at Reticulate Micro, Sutherland served as a communications officer for a Tier 1 unit in the Army and developed a reputation as a mission-focused technology innovator in the U.S. special operations community. Sutherland earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tarleton Texas A&M.

Anne Wainscott Sargent

I joined the company as Senior Director of Marketing and Communications. Wayne Scott Sargent, an award-winning author and communicator in the disruptive deep technology industry, leads Reticulate Micro’s marketing, PR and brand communications.

During her diverse career, she has worked as an entrepreneur, technology journalist, and communications director for commercial technology startups in the space and defense sectors. She began her career in corporate communications at NCR and later helped launch AT&T’s award-winning employee magazine.

Wainscott-Sargent holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the university.
