The World Curling Federation today announced the expansion of its long-standing partnership with Rock Solid Productions, the world leader in iceless curling.
This partnership will promote floor curling within the World Curling Federation membership and support the establishment of new member associations. The partnership will see the World Curling Federation manage the governance of the field of floor curling.
Beau Welling, President of the World Curling Federation, said: “The World Curling Federation is delighted to expand our partnership with Rock Solid Productions and expand the role that floor curling can offer in the promotion and development of our sport. “I’m working on it,” he said.

Rock Solid Productions was founded in 2008 and its products are currently sold in over 60 countries around the world. Since its inception, Rock Solid Productions has provided floor curling opportunities to millions of people. Tens of thousands of these floor curlers (mostly elementary school students) eventually began playing on the ice.

“To make these new rulebooks more accessible, we have created online courses. These are currently in English, but our intention is to translate the courses into other languages and make them available to our entire membership. to help floor curling adapt and grow.”
