Yavapai County – Yavapai College Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and Moonshot We are excited to announce the 2024 Moonshot Rural Pitch Tour, an entrepreneurship competition similar to ABC shark tank— returns to Yavapai County as part of the 5th annual event series.
Whether you are an entrepreneur with a moonshot startup idea; If you want to expand your business, this event will help you hone your business skills and support you. In moving your business forward.
This year, Moonshot will visit 16 rural communities in Arizona.Yavapai University SBDC will work with entrepreneurs to support their pitch event in Wickenburg (2/23). Seligman (3/27), Quad Cities (3/28), Verde Valley (5/17).
In addition to competing for cash prizes and moonshot scholarships, participants will Receive startup and pitch education, coaching, and pitch practice opportunities from experts Yavapai College SBDC’s team of certified business analysts.No cost, confidential coaching Mentorship is provided on an event-by-event basis and continues after the pitch tour ends.
SBDC Certified Business Analyst Marie Platowski Beals has coached hundreds of people.
